Larry Linehan, President

With over 27 years of dedicated experience, Larry has built a reputation for excellence in landscaping and client care. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Business and Turf Management degree, he brings a unique blend of business acumen and horticultural expertise to every project. Larry is certified in Green Snow Pro standards, is a proud member of SIMA, ASCA, and the New Hampshire Landscaping Association, and is deeply passionate about creating beautifully pruned landscapes tailored to each client’s vision. Known for fostering long-lasting relationships, Larry believes in the value of trust and open communication with his clients.

In recognition of his commitment to the industry and his team, Larry received the prestigious 2024 ASCA Leadership Award. Under his guidance, Linehan Landscaping was honored with the 2024 SIMA Snow Best Places to Work award. These accolades reflect Larry’s dedication to building a strong, supportive workplace and lasting client partnerships.

When he’s not enhancing outdoor spaces, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Heather, their daughter, Dylan, and their dogs, Teddy and George. Like his landscaping, boating, and car enthusiast, Larry lives with passion and precision daily.

Heather Linehan, COO

Heather is a dynamic leader with a knack for organization and an eye for design. With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and years of hands-on industry experience, she keeps the Linehan Landscaping team running smoothly. As Vice President of the New Hampshire Landscaping Association, she’s committed to raising landscaping standards throughout the state. Whether managing operations or envisioning new designs, Heather brings warmth, dedication, and creativity to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family – husband Larry, daughter Dylan, and their dogs Teddy and George – and pursuing her passion for home remodeling and interior design.

Angelo Soares, Director of Operations

With five years of excellence at Linehan Landscaping, Angelo is a true cornerstone of our team. Known for his unmatched versatility, he leads all construction and maintenance crews with a solid commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Angelo’s talent for multitasking, problem-solving, and team-building ensures that every project runs smoothly from start to finish. His dedication to our standards and his innate ability to motivate those around him make him a driving force behind our success. When he’s not at work, Angelo enjoys spending time with his kids – Julie, AJ, Mason, Landon, and Mackenzie – fishing and cooking for friends and family.

Victoria Brown, Office Manager

After a distinguished career at Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant, Victoria brought her expertise to Linehan Landscaping five years ago. With a bachelor’s degree and a talent for organization, she now manages client communications and schedules and oversees mowing operations, ensuring every detail is handled with care. Her warmth and professionalism make her a vital part of our team and a client favorite. Outside the office, Victoria enjoys time with her husband, Mark, their granddaughter, Dylan, and their beloved grand-dogs, Teddy and George.
